Bobby Goodlatte is a managing partner at Form Capital Ventures. He was the co-founder and CEO of Openvote. He is a Resident Designer at Greylock Partners. Bobby works with the consumer investment team to find and invest in early-stage companies and then supports those companies in design initiatives, from prototyping to hiring designers. Bobby has been an angel investor in more than 20 startups. He began his career as a product designer at Facebook, where he led design development for User Growth (2008-2010), Facebook Chat (2008) and Facebook Photos (2011-2012). His work on user growth mechanics in 2008 significantly increased Facebook user registration and retention rates. He has spoken on the topic of growth mechanics at several international design conferences. Bobby's investments include Coinbase, Artsy, FlightCar and Samovar Tea. He spent four years at Facebook where he worked on user growth, Facebook Chat and Facebook Photos. His work on user growth mechanics has significantly increased Facebook user registration and retention rates, and he is a frequent speaker on growth mechanics and design. He graduated from Duke University in 2008, where he majored in Computer Science. He is an angel investor.
