Christina Brodbeck is a co-founder of Rivet Ventures. Previously, Brodbeck was also a co-founder and board member of Theicebreak. Prior to Rivet Ventures, Christina was a member of YouTube's founding team, where she became the company's first UI designer. While at YouTube, she was the lead designer for YouTube Mobile. A passionate advocate for innovation in education, Christina launched YouTube EDU as her official side project. Prior to YouTube, Christina worked at MRL Ventures, NASA, and Keynote Systems. Most recently, Christina co-founded Pickvee, a startup focused on using technology to improve health and wellness. The company's first product, TheIceBreak, is an app and website that helps couples develop their relationships. She is an experienced angel investor who has invested in about 20 companies and has been mentored in various places, including 500 Startups and The Designer Fund. Some investments include: Cue, HeyZap, Matterport and Vayable. She speaks around the world about women in technology, design, investing and entrepreneurship.
