Daniel Leff is a co-founder and managing partner of Waverley Capital. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Professional Fight League. He is the founder and managing partner of Luminari Capital. Member of the board of directors at DanceOn. Member of Arcadia's board of directors. He is also the CEO and director of Waverley Capital Acquisition Corp. He is a member of the board of directors of Novel Effect. Was a board member of Wondery and FuboTV. Prior to founding Luminari Capital, Daniel was a partner at Globespan Capital Partners in its Palo Alto office. Prior to joining Globespan, Daniel was Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Harris & Harris Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:TINY). Previously, Daniel worked at Sevin Rosen Funds and Redpoint Ventures, and held engineering, marketing and strategic investment positions at Intel Corporation. He is a member of the board of directors of Roku. He is also a venture partner at Globespan Capital Partners, specializing in cleantech opportunities. Before joining Globespan in 2008, he was executive vice president and managing director of Harris & Harris Group, a publicly traded venture capital firm. He holds a bachelor's degree in chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley, a Ph.D. in physical chemistry from UCLA and an MBA from the Anderson School of Business at UCLA.
