David Bonderman is a member of the board of directors of Allogene Therapeutics. He has served as a board member of STX Entertainment. Dr. Bonderman JD is a wealthy individual. He has also served as chairman of the board of directors of TPG Pace Holdings. He is a co-founder and chairman of the board of directors of TPG Capital. He is also a member of the board of directors of STX Entertainment. He has served as an advisor to the Russian Direct Investment Fund. In 1992, he co-founded TPG Newbridge. Today, the portfolio companies controlled by TPG have combined revenues of more than $130 billion, operate in more than 100 countries, and employ about 550,000 people. Prior to co-founding TPG, Dr. David Bonderman served as chairman of the board of directors of Ryanair. Mr. Bonderman was Chief Operating Officer of the Robert M. Bass Group, Inc. (RMBG), now operating as Keystone Group, L.P. in Fort Worth, Texas. Mr. Bonderman graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School in 1966, was a member of the Harvard Law Review and a Sheldon Fellow. He was also a member of the board of directors of Univision Communications. He is also a co-founder of Wildcat Capital Management. He has also served as a director of China International Capital Corporation.
