David Morgan is the founder and serves as CEO and Chairman of Simulmedia. He is also an advisor to Luma Partners. He served as Executive Vice President of Global Advertising Strategy at Historic AOL from September 2007 to February 2008. He co-founded TACODA in 2001 and served as its CEO until July 2006. He served as president and chief executive officer of Real Media from May 1995 to 2001. He co-founded Real Media, which he managed from 1995 to 2001, and has served as chairman of the board since its founding in May 1995. From 1991 to 1995, he served as general counsel and director of new media ventures at the Pennsylvania Newspaper Publishers Association. From 1988 to 1990, he was an associate at the Philadelphia law firm of Duane, Morris, and Heckscher. Since July 21, 2006, he has served as chairman of the board of directors of TACODA and as a director of TACODA. He is a member of the New York New Media Association (NYNMA) Associate and Advisory Boards. He is a director of Simulmedia. Until February 27, 2011, he was a director of Interactive Advertising Bureau Inc. From May 14, 2008 to June 10, 2010, he was a director of A. H. Belo Corporation. Since May 1995, he was a director of Real Media Inc. He received his J.D. from Dickinson Law School and his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
