David Rowan is a corporate and M&A partner at A&L Goodbody. Mr. David Rowan is an angel investor. He was an associate in the private equity department at Proskauer Rose. Prior to joining Proskauer, he was a legal trainee at a prominent European law firm where he handled a wide range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and the admission of companies to the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.
