Deborah Quazzo is a managing partner at GSV Ventures. She serves on the board of directors of Lightneer. She is on the board of directors of Disco. She is on the board of directors of Class plus. She has served on the boards of Simplilearn and Fairygodboss. Ms. Quazzo is an advisor to Stride Funding. She has also served as an advisor to Fingerprint. This is a venture capital fund that invests in education and workforce development technology, a $7 trillion industry disruptor. She is also a co-founder of the ASU+GSV Summit. The ASU+GSV Summit is in its 12th year and has attracted more than 5,500 attendees, celebrating innovators and innovators in global education and learning "from preschool to gray-age." Deborah currently serves on the boards of Aakash Educational Services Ltd (India's leading tutoring and test preparation company), Ascend Learning (a Blackstone and CCCP portfolio company), ClassEDU, Create and Learn, Degreed, The Educational Testing Service (ETS), Intellispark, Mighty, PhotoMath, QuillBot, Remind, Stride, Turnitin (of Advance Communications) and Valenture Institute. She is a board observer for CLI Studios, CreativeLive, Lightneer, Outlier.org, RaiseMe and Toucan. She serves on the boards of The Common Ground Foundation, Falling Walls Digital Education Jury Board, Khan Academy Thought Leadership Council, The New Profit Prophets Education Advisory Group, Oriental Education Institute (OEI), Steppenwolf Theatre Company, and the Strada Institute Advisory Committee on Future Work. She has previously served on the board of directors of several educational organizations, including the Chicago Board of Education (CPS) and KIPP: Chicago. Deborah graduated cum laude from Princeton University with a BA in History in 1982 and from Harvard University with an MA in Business Administration in 1987. She was a board member and advisor at Mighty Labs.
