Mr. Edward Zimmerman is also a partner and Chairman of the Technology Group at Lowenstein Sandler. He is also an advisor to Northzone Ventures. He represents start-ups and emerging companies in fundraising, company sales or founders fees, and, depending on market conditions, public offerings. He is an angel investor.
