Harj Taggar is the CEO of Triplebyte, a company reinventing the way engineers are hired. Hari was previously a partner at Y Combinator where he worked on scaling the program from 30 companies per cycle to over 100.
Triplebyte was founded on the belief that the current technical hiring process doesn't do enough to help engineers show their strengths. The founders started Triplebyte to help engineers find great jobs by assessing their abilities without relying on the prestige of their resume credentials
Prior to that he was the founder of YC funded Automatic, acquired by Live Current Media. He was also the first seed investor in a number of companies including Instacart and Zenefits.
