From May 2002 to November 2003, Mr. Clarke served as Executive Vice President of Global Operations for Hewlett-Packard Company, an information technology company. Mr. Clarke currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Orbitz Worldwide Ltd. (NYSE:OWW), a global online travel company. From 2005 to 2010, Mr. Clarke was a Director of UTStarcom, Inc. a provider of IP-based networking and telecommunications solutions.
