Jeffrey Raider is a co-founder and co-CEO and board member of Harry's. He is a co-founder of Warby Parker. He is a managing member at GoodFriends. He is an angel investor. He co-founded and serves as CEO of Flamingo. Prior to that, he was a senior associate at Charlesbank Capital Partners. Jeff joined Charlesbank in 2006 from Bain & Company, where he was a junior consultant in private equity and general practice. At Bain, he worked on projects in financial services, industry, travel, healthcare and the nonprofit sector. After completing Charlesbank's associate consultant program in 2008, he enrolled in business school. He returned to the firm in 2010. Jeff received his undergraduate degree, Phi Beta Kappa, and a master's degree with honors in international studies from Johns Hopkins University. He received his MBA from the Wharton School, from which he graduated as a Palmer Scholar.
