Jonathan Moulton is a co-founder and serves as chairman and director of Better Capital. He is also an advisor to Hellas Direct. He provides management services to GP Fund I and GP Fund II and until recently served as Chairman of Counsel. He is the sole shareholder and Chairman of the Fund I GP Company and a limited partner in each of the Fund I GP Company and the Fund I Special Limited Partner. He is also the sole shareholder and Chairman of Fund II GP Company (which also has a controlling interest in the Adviser) and a limited partner in each of Fund II GP and Fund II Special Limited Partner. He is also a limited partner in BECAP (Ireland) SLP LP and is the sole shareholder of MTFL. He has also served on the boards of BitPoster and finncap. He is also chairman of the board of directors of the International Stock Exchange. He has also been a shareholder of Anglo Scientific.
