Lee Fixel is the founder of Addition, an investment firm specializing in early- and growth-stage companies. He is a board member ofBult Technologies, Hello English, InVision, Kaskada, Tend, Stedi, Relay, Chainalysis, Hugging Face, Charlie Health, proteanTecs, The Michael J. Fox Foundation, Washington University in St. Louis and Primer. He serves as an angel investor at Lee Fixel. Previously, Mr. Fixel was a partner at Tiger Global Management, LLC, where he led the firm's private equity business. He has supported companies such as Peloton, Stripe, Spotify, Roblox, Flipkart, Freshworks, Warby Parker, MercadoLibre, Facebook and LinkedIn. Mr. Fixel holds a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance and accounting from Washington University in St. Louis and is CFA certified. He serves on the board of trustees of his alma mater and is a director of the Michael J. Fox Foundation. Together with his wife, Lauren, Mr. Fixel founded the Lauren and Lee Fixel Family Foundation. Through this foundation, Mr. Fixel founded the Norman Fixel Neurological Disease Institute at the University of Florida Health System, a clinical and research institute dedicated to improving the diagnosis and treatment of Parkinson's disease and other neurological diseases.
