Lenny started his career in 1998 as a Web developer at LA.com. In 2001 he became a Lead Engineer at Webmetrics. Later Lenny had positions of Sr. Manager of Engineering and Head of R&D at the company, but then quit it in 2010. During 2010-2012, he was a Co-Founder and Chief executive officer of Localmind, a web and mobile all that leveraged location-based services. In 2012 Rachitsky joined Airbnb as a Product manager. Currently, Lenny is a Growth Product Lead at Airbnb. [4]
