Luigi Bajetti is co-founder and general partner of Lombard street Ventures. He is a serial entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience owning and managing technology and Internet companies. He learned how a company can go global by working in his third-generation multinational family business, the Lucchini Group, a world leader in high-speed rail components. From a young age, all of his endeavors were entrepreneurial. Since 1998, he has launched various technology companies, including a primary Internet service company in Italy and a private online photo-sharing service in the Bay Area. He has extensive experience building early-stage company teams, products and going to market, and a deep understanding of the technology and telecommunications industry. Since 2013, he has become a regular investor and advisor in Silicon Valley-based startups. He specialized in venture capital at UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business.
