Marissa Mayer is co-founder and serves as CEO and board member of Sunshine. She is also a co-founder of Sunshine. From July 2012 to June 2017, Ms. Mayer served as President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Yahoo! Inc. (Yahoo) (now Altaba Inc.). At Yahoo, she led the Internet giant's efforts to reimagine its operations in the mobile age. With a focus on user experience, Ms. Mayer grew Yahoo's user base to 1 billion worldwide, including more than 600 million mobile users, and changed its approach to advertising. Prior to joining Yahoo, Ms. Mayer spent 13 years at Google Inc. (Google), where she led various initiatives, including Google search, as well as other products such as Google Maps, Gmail and Google News, for more than a decade. Ms. Mayer received her B.S. in Symbolic Systems and an M.S. in Computer Science from Stanford University. From March 2013 to October 2016, Ms. Mayer served on the boards of AliphCom, Jawbone. She also serves on the boards of Stanford Children's Hospital, the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, the San Francisco Ballet, and the board of the World Economic Forum Young Global Leaders Forum Foundation. She is also an angel investor.
