Michael Walsh is a founder and general partner at Structure Capital. He is a co-founder and board member of HIFI Labs. He is also a board member and observer at The Muse. He is also a member of the board of directors of Pogoseat. Mike has designed missile defense systems, designed and sold air and water pollution control systems, and was one of the first angel investors in Salesforce.com. After a decade in software sales and sales management, Mike successfully founded and sold an enterprise social media company while attending business school at Haas and Columbia University. After selling Leverage, Mike focused his efforts on investing and became a first round investor in Uber. Using his early investment success and love of helping early stage companies, Mike founded Structure Capital in June 2013 and invested in 50 companies during his first year.
