Navin Tewari is a co-founder of InMobi and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. He is the founder and CEO and a member of the board of directors of Glance. He is also a member of the board of directors of the Mobile Marketing Association. He has served as an advisor to Wooplr. His perspective on the growth of the mobile ecosystem and using InMobi as a key tenet in developing that mobile ecosystem was the foundation upon which InMobi was built. His journey began at McKinsey & Company, where he worked to develop a go-to-market strategy for a large Indian conglomerate entering the telecom sector. He was a member of the board of directors of One97 Communications. He also worked with senior executives of technology companies on various issues. He later joined Charles River Ventures (CRV), a high-end venture capital firm specializing in early-stage software and communications investments. He worked with CRV to develop an investment strategy in India. He also worked briefly for a mobile VoIP company in Silicon Valley. He is the founder and chairman of the U.S.-based nonprofit India School Fund (ISF), which was created to create schools in rural India. ISF began in 2006 with a few friends from Harvard Business School and now has more than 50 people across India and the United States. He holds a bachelor's degree from the Indian Institute of Technology in Kanpur (IIT) and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He also founded and led the U.S.-based nonprofit India School Fund, which funds and creates schools in rural India, a cause he cares deeply about. He is a board member of Paytm and has been recognized for his entrepreneurial skills on various platforms.
