Raj Sandhu is an angel investor. Mr. Raj Sandhu founded Madison Angels. He is a general partner at Great Oaks Venture Capital. He is an advisor at Ternary and Constellation Labs. Founder, entrepreneur and active angel and venture capital investor (Athena Advisors and Madison Angels). He was co-founder, chief seed investor and chairman of the board of directors of Modulus Video, a leading carrier-grade MPEG-4 video compression system company acquired by Motorola. He led the company before receiving Series A financing. Previously, he was managing director of private equity and venture capital at hedge fund and private equity firm Chatterjee - Soros Group (an affiliate of Soros Fund Management in New York) with $2 billion under management. Before that, he was a technology banker at Cowen and an early-stage venture capitalist at a small venture capital firm. He began his career in software development, marketing and product management at Metaphor Computer Systems (acquired by IBM). He received an MBA from Harvard and a BA (Computer Science and Economics, double major) from Yale.
