Shelley Zhuang is the founder and managing partner of 11.2 Capital. He is an advisor at JupiterOne and a board member at StrikeReady and uMed (a medical record system). Was a board member of CryptoNumerics and Passage AI. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley and a B.S. in Computer Engineering and Science from the University of Missouri.
