Solomon Hykes is a co-founder and serves as CEO and board member of Dagger. He was a co-founder and board member of Docker. He is also a member of the PostHog board of directors. In his role at Docker, he focuses on creating a platform for developers and system administrators to build, deliver, run and orchestrate distributed applications. As a graduate of Forbes 30 Under 30 and YCombinator, Solomon ran dotCloud as CEO for five years, handling fundraising, business operations and product launches before focusing entirely on Docker. Prior to dotCloud, Solomon held positions as an engineer, IT infrastructure manager and software developer at CEIS and SmartJog. Solomon ran dotCloud as CEO for 5 years, handling fundraising, business operations, and product launches before focusing entirely on Docker. Prior to that, he worked as a trusted infrastructure engineer at CEIS. He holds a master's and bachelor's degree in information technology from the European Institute of Technology.
